Colette has an accounts and procurement background and has worked in Facilities and Property Management for 22 years; in this time she has gained extensive experience in this field including: mobilisation of building services following practical completion in commercial and residential properties, health and safety, quality assurance, contract tendering and management, team working, client liaison, budgeting, project planning and implementation. Previous employers include: Overseas Business Services, Chesterton Property Management, Building and Property Ltd/ Interserve FM, Broadgate Estates and Knight Frank.
