Fiona Docherty has been Managing Director of James Andrew Residential since early 2012 and has over 26 years’ experience in residential property management in Central London. Fiona is responsible for operations and consultancy to mid and high end residential developers and investors. She has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property management to include the negotiation and purchase of freeholds and ground rents, negotiating lease extensions, advising developers from a management perspective including leases and budgeting. Fiona is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
